The Management Team
 

Cam Tu Pham

As a teacher for 20 years, Cam Tu Pham held herself to the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, credibility and reliability. As Managing Director of the Agency, she understands that her clients, and potential clients, have high expectations. They expect excellence, dedication to service and integrity in every aspect of their relationship with her Agency. She recognizes the importance of meeting the client’s expectations and welcomes the position and challenge. Cam Tu received various statewide recognitions for being an “innovative teacher”. She was nominated as “Teacher of the Year” in 1999, and received several awards from Intel Corporation. She received her B.A. from Wheaton College and completed most of her M.A. at the University of Massachusetts.

Olivia

Olivia graduated from Georgia State with a business degree major in Accounting. She began her career in Financial Industry immediately upon her graduation back in 2000. She spent 5 years as an Auditor/Accountant working for major hospitality and manufacturing companies in Massachusetts. When relocated to Pennsylvania, she launched a successful business of Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Consultant Service. Applying discipline and focus, Olivia works with clients helping them to meet their objectives. She also works with investors to help develop their portfolios, consider tax liabilities and improve diversification with a range of investment properties and strategies. With her extensive background dealing with Homeowners, Business Owners, Real Estate Investors, Mortgage Bankers, Attorneys, Contractors and Real Estate Agents, she recognizes the needs of helping these individuals and families in the area of Wealth Management. In the last 3 years, she primarily focuses on Comprehensive Wealth Management and has since dedicated her professional career to helping clients, individuals, retirees, small business owners, young professionals achieve their financial goals and dreams. She is exclusively using the MoneyTrax and the Circle of Wealth® system on her practice which centers around the concept of building wealth by helping people avoid transferring money away unknowingly and unnecessarily. Olivia is now living in the Chicago area with her family since 2009. She enjoys reading and traveling. She is a member of Toast Master International "Secret to Success" in Deerfield and Chamber of Commerce of Lake County.

Doai Ngo

Doai Ngo has been in the Insurance business since 1988. He has held several management positions for Insurance Agencies in Massachusetts and here in Las Vegas. Doai’s experience also includes working with insurance adjusters, insurance companies and law firms to assist clients with their benefits. His mission is to employ his knowledge and experience to help provide adequate and affordable insurance to his clients and their families. Doai is a graduate of the Borough of Manhattan Community College.

Tuan Pham

Tuan Pham has recently relocated to the sunny Vegas Valley from Massachusetts. He brings with him a wealth of caring, skills, and experience from 20 years of learning and growing in the Insurance and Financial Service industry. His objective is to establish a unique practice, utilizing an integrated approach to financial and personal risk management that will more completely address the special needs of each and every one of his clientele. Since 1983, Tuan has received numerous Top Producer Awards from major financial and insurance companies. In 1989, he was named “Most Intriguing Entrepreneur in Central Massachusetts” by Business Digest, a state monthly business publication. Tuan attended American International College for his Undergraduate degree and finished some graduate work in the M.B.A. program at the University of Bridgeport and Western New England College. He and his family are now living in Henderson.
